Harpley Appraisal Management, LLC was founded by Jeremy S. Harpley and is headquartered in Hudson, Ohio. The company was established in direct response to the Home Valuation Code of Conduct — the federal mandate that separated lenders from the appraisal process. We built something better than a simple middleman: a compliance-first AMC that treats quality and regulatory integrity as a foundation, not an afterthought.

With roughly a decade of experience, Harpley holds active AMC registrations in multiple states including Pennsylvania and North Carolina, and serves mortgage lenders, banks, and credit unions across the country. Our panel of licensed, geographically competent appraisers is vetted, monitored, and held to the highest USPAP standards — and our QC team reviews every report before it reaches your portal.
